Appointments

Call me if you are interested in making an appointment.  After a short consultation ( 5 minutes or less)  to discuss your specific needs and goals, we will decide together if we are good working match for each other.  At that point, we will set a convenient appointment time.
 

Prior to your appointment, you will be asked to provide complete a Coaching Questionnaire about your background and  a signed Services Agreement.  I will email the forms to complete.
 

Help in between sessions
I strive to be a consistent support for all of my clients.   I encourage  you to feel comfortable contacting me in between sessions if there is a problem that emerges.  Because I can’t always be available, I generally try to respond to all contacts within 24 hours.   The fee for a half hour phone conversation is $50.
 

If you are in crisis or you have an emergency that requires immediate help, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
 

Video Chat sessions
All sessions are currently online. I offer sessions through Facetime or Zoom  or Google Duo.  Regular session fees will apply and will be paid in advance of the session via credit card.
 

Cancellations and Rescheduling Policy
I understand that there are times when you will need to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment, and I will do my best to accommodate your needs.  Any cancellation or re-scheduling must be done by 3 pm the day prior to the appointment.   If you cannot comply, your session will be considered “missed” and appropriately charged.  Missed sessions will be charged at $50 for the first incident and the full fee for any incidents thereafter.
 

No Show for an Appointment  
If you do not show for an appointment, the regular fee of $85 will apply.
 

Please call or text my mobile phone at 973.255.0442 for any appointment that needs to be cancelled or rescheduled by 3 pm the day before your appointment.
