Psalm 139:13-14  - " For You formed my inward parts; You covered me in my mother’s womb. I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Marvelous are Your works, And that my soul knows very well."
 

The Bible tells us that God created us and we are fearfully and wonderfully made. We are wired to fulfill His Purpose in our lives.  
 

The assessment  is based on the FIRO-B.  This assessment has been available since the 1960s and has proven to be very accurate in measuring our inner man.  It opens the window to our souls (mind, will, and emotions) and helps understand ourselves and why we act the way that we do.  It targets and identifies areas in our lives that core issues and has a proven accuracy of over 95%.
 

I find that the great thing about using the this assessmenti s that I receive more information about you than I could possibly collect and learn in six coaching sessions.  I will share this info with you so that you will learn about yourself.

The Temperament Assessment is a tool allows me

• To understand the secrets of human behavior and how God's wonderful plan works when understood and applied
• To identify an individual's inborn, God-given temperament rather than labeled behavior.
• To see the raw behaviors and measure how they are a strength or weakness in your life.
• To open the door to see areas in your life that you can tweak and how to make your temperament work for you and not against you.
