That relationship is our relationship with food.
Half of your story of your relationship with food is what you eat. The other half is who you are as an eater!
While not everyone has disordered eating, we all have a relationship with food that is out of sync with current and cutting edge science.
Why? Well, that's because we are wired to eat. And as we look around at common approaches to to eating and weight and body image, we are clearly battling against our own human biology.
How can we stop the merry-go-round of yo-yo dieting? How can we stop the fight that we are destined to lose?
How much emotional energy and time do we spent on ineffective strategies that keep you locked in your internal dissatisfaction around weight, body image and eating? Collectively, the human race is gaining weight at an alarming rate and it is hurting our health and wellness.
It is time for a change - a new approach with honors who we are as eaters. A change that takes into account the whole person - Spirit, Soul and Body. And in this approach, we also must take into consideration, our Heart.

The skills I use are a combination of eating psychology and personal growth approaches with my clients being empowered around their own relationship with food. I help my clients be freed from self imposed lies and limitations as well as outdated beliefs.
This is life affirming, positive and from a Christian spiritual approach.
