What methods do you use for coaching and counseling?
My approach is rather eclectic. I use different assessments according to the goals that are to achieved such as temperament, Couples assessments, conflict assessments. I am also trained in Christian models such as Elijah House, Restoring the Foundations and Theophostic.
What is a Temperament Assessment?
A temperament assessment helps me understand my client and also helps the client understand him/herself. It addresses why he or she does the very things that they do not want to do, what causes inner conflicts, what causes conflict with others and what are the needs based upon his/her temperament.
Describe Elijah House, Restoring the Foundations and Theophostic
Elijah House operates around 4 Laws of the Kingdom – Honor your Father and Mother; a man will reap what he as sown, judge not lest you be judged and in what you judge others, you will do the same thing. Around these 4 laws, there are 52 different teachings.
Restoring the Foundations evolves around 4 areas of sequential ministry. These are Generational Curses/Sins of the Fathers, Ungodly Belief systems, Spirit/Soul Hurts, and Deliverance.
Theophostic allows the Holy Spirit to reveal areas in your past that still hold you in bondage today and the client allows Jesus’ love to permeate the pain.
